A staple of popular culture, the "Indiana Jones" franchise makes its return after a more than decade long hiatus.
A flurry of behind-the-scenes photos went viral showing Harrison Ford donning the iconic fedora and vest next to Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. Ford is joined by Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Kretschmann, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Specialized Training) in currently unnamed roles.
Kathleen Kennedy (who's been involved with the series since its inception) produces, Jonathan Kasdan pens the screenplay, and James Mangold, Oscar-nominated director of "Ford v Ferrari" and "Logan," takes the directorial helm after Steven Spielberg stepped back last year.
The film is set to release July 29, 2022.
