Jennifer Coolidge cast in 'Single All the Way'

Netflix recently announced a new gay holiday rom-com "Single All the Way," starring Jennifer Coolidge (Class of 1982).

Currently in production, the film follows a typical holiday formula: “Desperate to avoid his family’s judgment about his perpetual single status, Peter convinces his best friend Nick to join him for the holidays and pretend that they’re now in a relationship. But when Peter’s mother sets him up on a blind date with her handsome trainer James — the plan goes awry.”

Throughout Ms. Coolidge's career, she has nailed-down her typecast to perfection (see: "A Cinderella Story"). Other credits include: the "American Pie" film series, Christopher Guest's mockumentary films, "Click," "Epic Movie," "Date Movie," "Soul Men," "Gentlemen Broncos," "Austenland," "Like a Boss," and, most recently, "Promising Young Woman."
